1. LICENSING & USAGE

Q1. What is the difference between Creator and Commercial License?

Creator License: This is strictly for Personal Use only. Use it for your own YouTube channel, social media, or school projects. You cannot use it for client work or paid ads. Commercial License: This is for Business Use. Use it for Client projects (Freelance), TV/Radio ads, Games, Apps, Films, and OTT platforms. It allows unlimited monetization.

Q2. Can I use the Creator License for my Client's video?

No. If you are being paid to create a video (freelance work) or creating a video for a business brand, you MUST purchase the Commercial License. The Creator License is only for your own personal content.

Q3. What does "Royalty-Free" mean? Do I have to pay every time I use the music?

Royalty-Free means you pay a one-time license fee to download the track, and then you can use it in your projects forever without paying any recurring fees or royalties. You keep 100% of your earnings.

Q4. What is the "Owner License"?

The Owner License is an Exclusive Buyout. When you buy this, the track is permanently removed from our store. You become the sole owner of the usage rights for that track globally. No one else can buy it after you.

2. COPYRIGHT & YOUTUBE SAFETY

Q5. Will I get a Copyright Strike on YouTube?

Absolutely Not. All our music is 100% copyright-safe. When you buy a license, you get the legal right to use the music. Note: If you ever receive a false "Copyright Claim" (which is different from a Strike), simply contact us with your Order ID, and we will resolve it immediately.

Q6. Can I register the music in Content ID (YouTube/Facebook)?

Strictly NO. You cannot register our music in Content ID or Rights Manager unless you have purchased the Owner License. For Creator and Commercial license holders, registering our music as your own is a violation of terms and will result in a copyright strike against your channel.

Q7. Do I need to give credit to Toonyug Audio?

It is not mandatory, but highly appreciated! If you wish to credit us, you can simply write: "Music by Toonyug Audio" in your video description.

3. DOWNLOADS & TECHNICAL

Q8. What file formats will I receive?

You will receive high-quality MP3 (320kbps) and WAV (24-bit/44.1kHz) files.

  • MP3 is best for YouTube and Social Media (smaller size).

  • WAV is best for Films, TV, and professional editing (highest quality).

Q9. How do I download my files after purchase?

Immediately after payment, you will see a "Download" button on the screen. You will also receive an email with the download link and your Invoice. You can also log in to your account anytime and go to "My Downloads" to access your files.

Q10. The zip file is not opening. What should I do?

Sometimes, if you buy a music pack, it comes in a .zip file.

  • On PC/Mac: Right-click the file and select "Extract All" or "Unzip".

  • On Mobile: Use your file manager or an app like "RAR" to extract the files.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Q11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major secure payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Our checkout is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Q12. Can I get a refund if I don't like the music?

Since our products are Digital Downloads, they are Non-Refundable once downloaded. However, if there is a technical error (e.g., file is corrupted), please contact support, and we will fix it or provide a refund immediately.

5. AUDIO FORMATS & PACKAGES

Q13. Why do I receive both MP3 and WAV files?

I only need one. At Toonyug Audio, we believe in delivering premium value. We provide WAV (High-Quality) as the industry standard for professional editing and MP3 (Lightweight) for quick previews or mobile editing. We include both formats in a Single Master Package to ensure you always have the best quality available whenever you need it, without any extra cost.

Q14. Can I purchase ONLY the MP3 file for a lower price?

No. When you purchase a track on Toonyug Audio, you are paying for the License (The Right to Use), not the file size. The price covers the Artist's hard work, the Royalty-Free Certificate, and Lifetime usage protection. Whether you use the MP3 or the WAV, the value of the License remains the same. Therefore, the price is fixed for the complete package.

Q15. What is the difference between MP3 and WAV? Which one should I use?

  • WAV (24-bit/44.1kHz): This is an uncompressed, studio-quality file. It is best for Films, TV Ads, Short Movies, and PC Editing where audio quality is the priority.

  • MP3 (320kbps): This is a compressed, smaller file. It is best for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Mobile Editing apps (like VN, CapCut) where you need to save storage space.

Q16. I edit on a Mobile Phone and WAV is too big. What should I do?

Don't worry! That is exactly why we provide the MP3 version. You can simply download the MP3 file for your mobile editing. The WAV file will remain in your account forever—so if you ever switch to a PC for professional editing in the future, you can download it then without paying again.

6. LICENSE UPGRADES & FUTURE SAFETY

Q17. I bought a Creator License (₹199) earlier, but now a Brand wants to sponsor my video. Can I upgrade to a Commercial License?

Yes, absolutely! You don't need to delete your video or worry. Simply go to the store and purchase the Commercial License for the same track. This will legally update your rights and cover your new sponsored project immediately. You can keep the old invoice for your records.

Q18. If I buy an "Owner License" (Exclusive), what happens to the people who bought the track before me?

This is a very important rule: "Past usage is protected." When you buy an Owner License, you own the track from that moment forward. The previous buyers who purchased the track before you still hold a valid license for their specific videos and cannot be given a copyright strike. However, no new person will be able to buy that track after you. You become the final and exclusive owner.

Q19. I accidentally deleted my downloaded files and lost the email. Do I have to pay again?

Never. Your purchase at Toonyug Audio comes with Lifetime Access. Simply log in to your account on our website, go to the "My Orders" section, and you can re-download your Music, License Certificate, and Invoice anytime for free. Your files are always safe with us.

7. License Usage & Account Limits

Q20: What does "Unlimited Videos / 1 Account" mean? Does it mean my Toonyug Account?

No, "Unlimited Videos / 1 Account" refers to YOUR YouTube Channel or Social Media Page where you publish videos, not your account on our website.

Here is how it works:

  • One License = One Channel: When you buy a Creator License, it is valid for ONE specific channel (e.g., your YouTube channel "Rahul Toons").

  • Unlimited Videos: You can use the purchased music in unlimited videos on that one specific channel forever.

  • Multiple Channels: If you have a second channel (e.g., "Rahul Vlogs"), you cannot use the same license there. You must purchase a separate license for the second channel.

Q21. I have two YouTube channels. Can I use the same music on both?

No. The Creator License is valid for ONE single channel only. If you want to use the same music track on a second channel, you must purchase a separate license for that channel. This ensures that each channel has a unique legal license to prevent copyright issues.

Q22. Can I use the music on Instagram AND YouTube with one Creator License?

  • No. The Creator License covers only one specific platform URL (either your YouTube Channel OR your Instagram Page).

    • If you want to post the same video on both YouTube and Instagram, you need to purchase the license twice (once for each platform) OR upgrade to a Commercial License, which allows usage on multiple platforms simultaneously.

Q23. Does "Unlimited Videos" mean I can make 1,000 videos forever?

Yes, absolutely! As long as the videos are uploaded to the SAME registered channel, you can use the track in unlimited videos for a lifetime.

  • Scenario: You buy a track for "Rahul Toons". You can use that track as background music in Episode 1, Episode 50, and even Episode 1000 of "Rahul Toons" without paying us again. The license never expires for that channel.
