CONTENT LICENSE & USAGE POLICY

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

Toonyug Audio provides high-quality Royalty-Free Music, Soundtracks, and Audio Assets. By purchasing or downloading any file from this website, you agree to the terms of the specific license you have selected (Creator, Commercial, or Owner).

2. LICENSE TIERS (WHAT YOU CAN DO)

Your usage rights depend strictly on the license you purchased:

A. CREATOR LICENSE (Personal Use)

  • Usage Limit: Unlimited Videos / 1 Account per license.

  • Allowed: Personal YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Podcasts, and Social Media content.

  • Monetization: ✅ Allowed on your own personal channels.

  • Prohibited: ❌ No Client Work, No Ads, No Games/Apps.

B. COMMERCIAL LICENSE (Business Use)

  • Usage Limit: UNLIMITED usage.

  • Allowed: Freelance/Client Projects, Paid Ads, Films, Web Series, Apps, and Games.

  • Monetization: ✅ Unlimited monetization on all platforms.

C. OWNER LICENSE (Exclusive Buyout)

  • Status: EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP

  • Allowed: You get full ownership rights. You can resell, distribute, register Content ID, and use the track however you want. The track is permanently removed from our store.

3. GENERAL PERMISSIONS (FOR ALL LICENSES)

Unless you have an Owner License, the following rules apply:

  • ✔ Edit & Remix: You may modify, trim, loop, or combine the audio to fit your video project.

  • ✔ No Credit Needed: Giving credit (e.g., "Music by Toonyug Audio") is appreciated but not mandatory.

  • ✔ Safe for YouTube: You can monetize your videos without fear of copyright strikes.

4. STRICT PROHIBITIONS (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO)

Regardless of the license (unless Owner), you are strictly prohibited from:

  • 🚫 No Reselling: You cannot resell, redistribute, or re-upload the audio file "as is" (standalone) on any platform.

  • 🚫 No Audio Streaming: You cannot upload the track to Spotify, Apple Music, Saavn, or Gaana as your own song.

  • 🚫 No Content ID: You strictly cannot register our audio with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or any copyright detection system.

  • 🚫 No Stock Uploads: You cannot upload our files to other stock libraries like AudioJungle, Pond5, or Pixabay.

  • 🚫 No Illegal Use: You cannot use the content in hateful, adult, abusive, or illegal projects.

6. EDITING vs. REMIXING POLICY

  • Allowed: You can edit the music (cut, fade, mix) to make it fit your Video.

  • Not Allowed: You cannot add vocals to the track and release it as a New Song on Spotify/Apple Music unless you have purchased the Owner License.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All music and sound assets remain the intellectual property of Toonyug Audio (Harsh). You are purchasing a "License to Use," not the copyright ownership (except for Owner License buyers). Unauthorized resale will lead to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act.
